Ambassador Intra Holdings allots convertible warrants to entities for Rs 96.76 million
 <p>Ambassador Intra Holdings Limited announced that its board of directors approved the allotment of 18,00,000 convertible warrants to various entities, including Garima Venture Finance Limited, Dharamveer Rajeshkumar Singh, Prabeersingh Chetansingh Thakur, Ashish Patel, Arpit Singh, Saroj Dinesh Singh Kshatriya, Rajveer Dinesh Singh, Kavya Chetansingh Thakur, Parshva Alloys Private Limited, and Evolvion Advisory Private Limited, on a preferential basis. Each warrant, priced at Rs 21.50, allows the holder to convert it into one fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs 10 within 18 months, with a 25% upfront consideration totaling Rs 96,75,750, subject to adjustments of Rs 375 for Parshva Alloys Private Limited and Evolvion Advisory Private Limited.</p>
