Shashijit Infraprojects confirms full dematerialization of shares in a BSE filing
 <p>Shashijit Infraprojects Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that the regulation is not applicable as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received. The certificate was provided by Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company's registrar and share transfer agent.</p>
