Transrail Lighting to acquire 49% stake in NOPL Pace Green Energy for up to Rs 20 crore
 <p>Transrail Lighting Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of a 49% equity stake in NOPL Pace Green Energy Private Limited for a cash consideration of up to Rs 20 crore. NOPL Pace Green Energy Private Limited is developing an aggregated solar power portfolio of approximately 990 MW (AC) in Maharashtra under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) Scheme, and the acquisition is expected to be completed within 180 days, subject to customary conditions and approvals.</p>
