Indo National Limited’s Rs 50,03,864 investment boosts stake in Medcuore Medical Solutions to 61.87%
 <p>Indo National Limited invested Rs 50,03,864 in Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd, increasing its stake in the company to 61.87% from a previous 61.09%, according to a regulatory filing on September 2, 2026. The acquisition, which involved purchasing 329 shares at prices ranging from Rs 14,056 to Rs 16,536 per share, will be completed by fiscal year 2027-28 and does not constitute a related party transaction. Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd is engaged in the business of manufacturing, distribution and providing services in relation to Air Monitoring System and Air Puri?ers, with a turnover of Rs 1,45,60,000 in fiscal year 2025-26.</p>
