SAB Events seeks extension to hold its 13th Annual General Meeting
 <p>SAB Events & Governance Now Media Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its board approved a proposal to seek a further extension of 45 days from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai -I, to convene the 13th Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, due to ongoing corporate actions including capital reduction and related formalities following an order of the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench.</p>
