Punjab Chemicals to review quarterly results at board meeting on November 3, 2026
 <p>Punjab Chemicals and Crop Protection Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The trading window for the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.</p>
