 <p>Shri Niwas Leasing And Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited that compliance with Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable for the quarter and half year ended September 30th, 2026, as the company has not issued any shares via public, rights, or preferential issue, despite receiving approval in its Annual General Meeting on September 22nd, 2026, for 1% Non-Convertible Preference Shares with a total value of Rs 11,65,00,00,000.</p>
