Board of Mankind Pharma approves closure of its WoS in Sri Lanka
 The board of Mankind Pharma at its meeting held on 13 April 2026 has approved the closure/winding-up of Mankind Pharma Lanka, a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company incorporated in Sri Lanka, as due to changed regulatory requirements, the anticipated business objectives are no longer viable. <p> There has been no business operations in the aforesaid WOS, and it is not a material subsidiary of the Company.
