CL Educate Limited to merge with DEXIT Global Limited, pending regulatory approvals
 <p>CL Educate Limited announced that its board of directors approved a scheme of amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiary, DEXIT Global Limited, under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. DEXIT Global Limited reported a standalone turnover of Rs 223.47 crore for the financial year 2025-26, while CL Educate Limited reported a standalone turnover of Rs 275.28 crore and a consolidated turnover of Rs 548.12 crore for the same period; the amalgamation is subject to approval from the National Company Law Tribunal and other regulatory authorities, and will not result in any change to the shareholding pattern of CL Educate Limited.</p>
