The initial public offer of Nityas Gems & Jewellery Ltd IPO received bids for 99,75,200 units as against 1,44,56,000 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:59 IST on Thursday (1 October 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.69 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 and it will close on Monday, 5 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 70 per share to 75 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 200 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 108 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 108 crore.
