The offer received bids for 0.29 crore units as against 1.45 crore units on offer.


The initial public offer of Nityas Gems & Jewellery Ltd IPO received bids for 28,95,000 units as against 1,44,56,000 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:56 IST on Wednesday (30 September 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.20 times.


The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 and it will close on Monday, 5 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 70 per share to 75 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 200 equity shares and in multiples thereof.


The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 108 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 108 crore.
