The offer received bids for 80.38 crore units as against 0.74 crore units on offer. The initial public offer of Behari Lal Engineering Ltd IPO received bids for 80,38,30,040 units as against 74,12,769 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:07 IST on Friday (14 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 108.44 times. The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 12 August 2026 and it will close on Friday, 14 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 271 per share to 285 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 52 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 93 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 208 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 301 crore.
