Shiprocket Ltd IPO subscribed 3.16 times

The offer received bids for 29.83 crore units as against 9.44 crore units on offer. The initial public offer of Shiprocket Ltd IPO received bids for 29,83,04,776 units as against 9,44,36,030 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:27 IST on Thursday (13 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 3.16 times. The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 12 August 2026 and it will close on Friday, 14 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 92 per share to 97 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 154 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 885 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 731 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 1,617 crore.
