MV Electrosystems Ltd IPO subscribed 12.03 times

The offer received bids for 4.80 crore units as against 0.4 crore units on offer. The initial public offer of MV Electrosystems Ltd IPO received bids for 4,79,52,070 units as against 39,87,491 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 06:24 IST on Saturday (1 August 2026). The issue was subscribed 12.03 times. The issue opened for bidding on Thursday, 30 July 2026 and it will close on Monday, 3 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 400 per share to 425 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 34 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 290 crore , aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 290 crore.
