Initial public offer of up to 43,70,400* equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each (the "equity shares") of Acetech E Commerce Limited ("the company" or the "issuer") at a offer price of Rs. 112 per equity share for cash aggregating up to Rs. 48.95 crores comprising of fresh offer of upto [*] equity shares aggregating to Rs.
