Initial public offering of up to 62,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of SRM Contractors Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 210 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 200 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 130.20 crores ("The Issue").
