Initial public offer of 8,64,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Labelkraft Technologies Limited ("The Company" or "The Issuer") at an issue price of Rs. 55 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 4.75 crores ("Public Issue") out of which 44000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 55 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 0.24.crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 8,20,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 55 per equity share for cash, aggregating upto Rs. 4.51 crores is here in after referred to as the "Net Issue". The public issue and net issue will constitute 26.63% and 25.28% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10 each and the issue price is Rs. 55 per equity share. The issue price is 5.5 times of the face value.
