Initial public issue* of upto 25,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Rukmani Devi Garg Agro Impex Limited ("the Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.[*] per equity share (Including a Securities Premium of Rs [*] Per Equity Share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs.
