Chinese stocks see marginal uptick

China's stocks saw marginal gains amid thin trades. Shanghai Composite index edged up by 0.21 percent to 3,407.33 ahead of manufacturing PMI data due on Tuesday. Hong Kong's Hang Seng index added 0.24 percent at 20,041.42.
