Bank credit up 11.25% on year

According to the latest data from the Reserve Bank Of India (RBI), scheduled commercial bank's total credit, excluding interbank advance stood at Rs 179.65 lakh crore as on 7 February 2025, up around 0.54% on the fortnightly basis and up around 11.25% compared to the year ago levels.
