Radico Khaitan has allotted 10,028 equity shares under ESOP on 25 September 2025. The paid- up equity share capital of the Company, post this allotment, stands 13,38,77,546 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 26,77,55,092.
