Kirloskar Oil Engines has allotted 25,651 equity shares under ESOP on 24 September 2025. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the share capital of the Company has increased to 14,52,95,135 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 29,05,90,270/-.
