Muthoot Microfin has allotted 5,000 Listed, Rated, Senior, Secured, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having a face value of Rs 1,00,000/- each, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs 50 crore green shoe option of Rs 20 crore, on private placement basis.
