Systematix Corporate Services to sponsor India SME Growth Fund - Series 2 (Category 1 AIF)

Systematix Corporate Services announced that the company has committed the initial contribution of upto Rs. 10 crore in one or more tranches as a Sponsor in India SME Growth Fund - Series 2 (the Scheme)of India SME Growth Fund, Category I Alternative Investment Fund.

Systematix Corporate Services will serve as the Sponsor to the scheme of Category - I Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), while Systematix Wealth & Asset Services (Formerly Known as Systematix Wealth & Asset Management & Systematix Ventures), wholly owned subsidiary of the company, will act as an Investment Manager of the AIF.
