Coforge allots 59,500 equity shares under ESOP

Coforge has allotted 59,500 equity shares under ESOP on 17 September 2025. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 334,596,060 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 669,192,120.
