Federal Bank allots Equity Shares

Federal Bank approved the allotment of 2,69,287 (Two lakh sixty-nine thousand two hundred eighty-seven only) Equity Shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank to the Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under ESOS 2017 Scheme on June 19, 2025.
