Delhivery allots 1.30 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Delhivery has allotted 1,30,625 equity shares under ESOP on 09 June 2026. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 74,87,17,499/- to Rs. 74,88,48,124/-.
